MATTHEW UNWITTINGLY PROVES THE FICTION OF THE NEW
TESTAMENT
John
Stone
The
unknown author of Matthew unwittingly made it obvious that the New Testament
(NT) is a work of fiction a ― deception of history, a façade ―
thereby proving that it is indeed NOT “godly” inspired.
Let
us review just one example related in the “gospel” of Matthew to see if these
events actually happened ― an event of this magnitude would have been
the greatest event in the history of the world. Unfortunately for the veracity
of Christianity, not a single word is written of this event by anyone else in
the history of the world; not by any other New Testament author or any
historian of that time (within 100 years). In other words, the story told in
Matthew stands alone ― totally unsupported in Christianity, history or
logic ― in all of recorded human history.
The
Events:
Whoever
was the author of Matthew, and only him ― not the authors
of Mark, Luke, John, James, Peter or even Paul ― writes of an astounding
event which supposedly happened after Jesus gave up the ghost ―
died. Let's read about it from the King
James Version of the New Testament in Matthew 27.45-53.
"Now
from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour.
And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou
forsaken me? Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This
man calleth for Elias. And straightway one of them
ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with vinegar,
and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink. The rest said, Let be, let us see
whether Elias will come to save him. Jesus,
when he had cried again with a loud voice,
yielded up the ghost.
And,
behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom;
and the earth
did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the
saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection,
and went
into the holy city, and appeared unto many"
The
Perspective:
Flavius
Josephus 1 was a renowned
Jewish historian who wrote during the second half of the first century CE. He
produced two major works-History of the
Jewish War and Antiquities of the
Jews. Flavius Josephus had not one single word to say about this most
extraordinary occurrence ― the dead clawing their way out of the graves
and going to town. As a matter of fact, not a single contemporary
historian/writer on this planet ever wrote about these events. As for Josephus, the early church fathers were
so embarrassed that no one wrote about Jesus, they later forged parts of
Josephus writing in an attempt to insert at least a brief mention of Jesus.
However, even this was silent on the dead (zombies) going to town.
Yes,
these early church forgers conveniently left out all of Matthew’s unverifiable
big events such as:
·
The
three “wise men;”
·
All
those miracles Jesus supposedly performed;
·
The
“trial;”
·
The
“crucifixion,”
·
The
so-called resurrection; and
·
The zombies going to town.
If
anyone would have recorded these events it would have been Josephus, even if
nothing more that a passing mention. But, he did not write a single word, a jot
or tittle, because this grave opening, living-dead,
zombie crap never happened.
Fifty
days after the alleged zombie event, Peter was giving a speech recorded
in Acts 2, but said not a single word about the saints rising from the dead,
from their graves, going to the city and appearing to many. Ask yourself why
the conspicuous absence of these world shaking events? Because they never
happened! The
gospel of Matthew lied!
Paul, who spoke at great length (1
Corinthians 15) to convince his listeners that Jesus' resurrection had occurred,
had not a single word to say about the dead rising and walking into the
city. Surely his audience would have
readily accepted the resurrection story of Jesus if the saints rose from their
graves, walked to the city and “appearing to many.” Again, the silence of Paul
screams – it
never happened!
Christianity
agrees that the gospel of Mark (another unknown author) was written
before any other work in the New Testament. Ask yourself, did Mark simply
forget to include the greatest supernatural events in the history of mankind
when he wrote his gospel? You know the
answer. It never
happened!
About
twenty percent of the gospels are repetitive. So it is not as if NEW testament
writers did not like to repeat what others had written. Repetition of the most mundane events occurs
everywhere. Ask yourself, why Mark,
Luke, John, James, Peter or Paul did not write a single word about the dead
zombies rising from their graves, marching through
Continue
asking yourself questions and THINK!.
· Why does Matthew think that no
one should know the names of the saints which rose from their graves?
· Why does Matthew not tell us
with whom the zombies met (“appeared unto many”)?
· What did the zombies say
― assuming they said anything?
· Where did the zombies go after
entering the city?
· Did the bodies of the saints
return to their graves after a polite visit?
or
· Did the zombies remain for
years among the residents of
· Did the zombies die again?
· Were the families ―
husbands, wives and children ― of the dead who “came out of the graves”
(zombies) overjoyed at having their loved ones return home? and most importantly;
· Was this zombie
"resurrection" what Jesus described; "... the resurrection of the righteous..." ? (Luke 14:14
KJV) Or "... as to whether the dead
will be raised—even Moses proved this..." (Luke 20:37)
· Was this zombie
"resurrection" an example of what is supposed to happen to the
"believing" dead ― to your grandparents, parents or even yourself?
Can you picture your dead body trying to claw its way out of a casket, then a concrete
vault, all before you even get to the six feet of dirt covering your grave?
Conclusion:
If
you honestly have thought this through the answer will not surprise you
now. It never happened. This is the swill that only religiholics
swallow; intelligent people know better! The so-called NEW testament is a sham,
a hoax, a work of fiction ― a myth!
It was simply a collection of writings, edited and reedited by the early
church fathers from 325 CE until 397 when the
NEW testament was canonized as the “official” religion of the literate,
ignorant, subservient and poor gentiles in
· Unfortunately, almost 1,600
years later, so many innocent people are still totally dependent on their
clergy to tell them what to believe ― being too lazy to do the requisite
study to find out the truth. It is so sad to know that some people develop a
“blind faith” trust of this “document of
deception;” the so-called NEW testament. But knowing that millions of sheeple
also embrace a cunning, walking, talking snake, the idiocy of the general
population is never to be underestimated. People, don't be stupid; you know religious
tales are just manure to nourish delusional religiholic minds.
"Fables should be taught
as fables, myths as myths, and miracles as poetic fancies. To teach
superstitions as truths is a most terrible thing." - Hypatia of Alexandria (370-415 AD)
